Restaurant / Assistant Restaurant Managers

Responsibilities:- To oversee the overall operations of the outlet.
- Good management of the customer service standards delivered by the staff.
- Efficient stock management in the outlet
- Good management of all areas of discipline and work processes to maintain and increase productivity.
- Active participation in hiring, scheduling, staff training, career planning building teamwork, motivating the team and staff retention.
- Assist in the administrative tasks of the Outlet
- Efficient budget and performance management of the Outlet
- Works with the team to execute marketing strategic plans
Requirements:
- A personality that shines and leads by example, you have the ability to also create a friendly and memorable experience to serve a diverse customer base.
- You also possess the experience of running a dining establishment, and aim to build a proactive and customer oriented team.
- Possess initiative and responsibility in handling tasks independently.
- Possess leadership skills as well as commitment to job responsibility.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in Restaurant operations management.
