Call Centre Sales Manager for Travel Industry

Responsibilities:
- To meet and exceed revenue and pax targets of retail sales
- Work with Head of Sales to set weekly pax and revenue targets per staff
- Prepare monthly roster for sales and service staff
- Responsible for maximizing retail area's space to drive sales
- To come with ideas to increase revenue
- Overall responsibility for print advertisements which requires working with marketing department to determine the print medium, frequency, advertisement layout
- Update the team with latest products, promotions and advertisements
- Develop performance measures and standards for the team
- Provide feedback and coaching to direct reports based on performance
- Responsible for team's recruitment, training and development
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 5 - 8 years sales management experience within travel or call centre environment
- Proven success in direct sales
- Excellent in written and spoken English
