RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Reservations Department to ensure all room reservation enquiries and confirmations are attended to within the Hotel’s established operating policies and procedures. You will administer a complete and up-to-date reservations system to monitor room occupancy and availability at all times as well as assisting in sales strategy formulation and planning through rooms revenue reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in similar capacity.
- Team player, customer service driven with strong leadership, management and organizational skills.
