Responsibilities:
You will welcome all guests to The Jewel Box and provide excellent guest management services. You are required to be proactive in providing customer service solutions and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience with The Jewel Box. Your daily guest relations work will include answering hotline calls, handling events, dining reservations and addressing the Jewel membership enquiries.
Requirements:
- Possess GCE 'O' Level qualification and above
- Strong competency in spoken and written English (competency in another language is an advantage)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-centric, people-oriented and a team player
- Able to work shifts, staggered hours and overtime
- A fast thinker who reacts quickly and is able to handle a variety of customer-related situations
