Guest Service Officer / Executive (Serviced Residences)

Responsibilities:

  • Check and prepare the apartments for guests' check-in
  • Handle the check-in & check out of guests
  • Do cashiering duties and ensure that payments are promptly collected
  • Attend to guests' enquiries and requests
  • Assist potential tenants in the viewing of the apartments
  • Plan and execute events and activities for guests

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • A good team player with positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of Opera System is an advantage
  • Able to do shift work
