Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team in property management.
- Plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operations to ensure that the property is well maintained.
- Cultivate and maintain good relationship with residents, council members, and government authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in managerial position
- Previous experience in managing luxury residential estates with background in the hospitality industry would be an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills essential
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving would be required to succeed in this appointment
- Good working knowledge of the BMSMA
