Customer Service Officer / Concierge

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Assistant / Concierge (Information Counter - Shopping Centre)
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Administrates redemption and reward collection for centre-wide/partner promotions
- Attend to customer queries (local patrons & tourists), tickets sales agent for show ticketing, sales of gift vouchers, gift wrapping and restaurant reservations
- Responsible for achieving sales targets as given
- Administrative accountability
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Working Hours:
- Shift hours - 8 hour per shift / 3 shifts in between 10am - 10pm
- 6 days work week (Inclusive of weekends/PH when being scheduled to)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
- Applicants with frontline customer service working background are preferred
- Applicants must be comfortable with shift work (PH/Weekends included)
- Well versed in English & Mandarin/Malay/Tamil/Hindi/Tagalog/any other foreign language - to liaise with various associates
- Excellent team worker and able to communicate well with all levels
- Customer service oriented with a pleasant personality
- Has basic knowledge of MS Office; Words, Excel etc
- Fresh diploma holders are welcomed!
